1.Sinopec Powder Engineering Design Technology Center Station/Powder Engineering Design Committee of China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association (National Chemical Powder Engineering Design Technology Center Station)
Established in March 2004, Sinopec Powder Engineering Design Technology Center Station is the management organization of engineering construction standardization of Sinopec; it is currently composed of 19 members from 16 organizations. It is administratively managed by Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Co., Ltd. (formerly Nanjing Design Institute of China Petrochemical Corporation), and its business is under the centralized management of Sinopec Engineering Construction Management Department. The main responsibility of the Center Station is to implement the concepts of taking technology as the forerunner, benchmarking first-class enterprises and realizing digital transformation and intelligent development, organize the basic work of powder engineering construction technology, and promote technological progress; Prepare the development plan of powder standards and promote its implementation, and carry out follow-up inspection; Prepare the revision plan of powder engineering construction standard project, and constantly improve the professional engineering construction standard system; Entrusted by the Construction Standards Committee or relevant units to organize special demonstration of related powder engineering technology, and coordinate the standard drafting unit to carry out standard drafting and review; Collect and study engineering technical information and standard specifications related to powder engineering at home and abroad, and promote the internationalization of the standards; Carry out technical exchange, consultation and standard publicity, implementation and training related to power engineering construction; Promote the informatization construction of powder engineering.
The Powder Engineering Design Committee of China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association (National Chemical Powder Engineering Design Technology Center Station) was established in March 1999. Now it is composed of 53 members from 47 organizations, and its main responsibility is to implement the principles, policies and regulations of the state and Sinopec in the field of engineering construction; Organize the formulation of and manage industry standards of the People's Republic of China, and compile professional design manuals and general atlas; Develop new technologies, new products, new processes and new equipment and promote their popularization and application in design and production; Organize academic exchanges and technical promotion activities of powder engineering inside and outside the industry; Provide technical consultation and technical services for design and production enterprises; Organize the development and coordination of CAD software for powder engineering; Provide engineering construction information services and personnel technical training; Carry out testing and organize appraisal of new products in the industry; Complete the tasks and daily management assigned by the Association.

2.National Chemical Sulfuric Acid and Phosphate Fertilizer Design Technology Center Station
The National Chemical Sulfuric Acid and Phosphate Fertilizer Design Technology Center Station was established in May 1985, and its main responsibility is to organize the basic design work of sulfuric acid and phosphoric compound fertilizers; Organize and promote the technical progress of sulfuric acid and phosphoric compound fertilizer design industry; Organize technical exchanges of the sulfuric acid and phosphorus compound fertilizer industry at home and abroad; Complete the tasks assigned by China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association and the daily management of the Center Station.

3.Sinopec Nanjing Construction Technology Station
Nanjing Construction Technology Station, established in August 2006, is the management organization of engineering construction standardization of Sinopec. It is administratively managed by Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Co., Ltd., and its business is under the centralized management of Sinopec Engineering Construction Management Department, and its work is carried out under the coordinated management of the Construction Technology Center Station.
Under the planning of petrochemical engineering construction standard system, it carries out the basic technical work of moving equipment and storage tanks, and provide professional standardized technical services for enterprises. Its tasks include: Study the development trend of professional construction technology, put forward the standard projects, and formulate the annual standard project revision plan of the station; According to the planning of petrochemical engineering construction standard system, compile and review petrochemical engineering construction standards and specifications; Promote and apply new technologies, new processes and new achievements in construction technical standards and specifications; Organize the publicity and implementation of the standards managed by the station, provide professional technology consulting services, and strengthen the standard information feedback and implementation supervision; Complete the related tasks assigned by the Engineering Construction Management Department and the Construction Technology Center Station of Sinopec and the daily management work of the station.

4.Jiangsu Construction Enterprise Technology Center
Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center is a company-level technology research and development institution jointly recognized by the Industry and Information Technology Commission and the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Jiangsu Province on April 28, 2019. The Technology Center is committed to forming a batch of independent intellectual property technologies in traditional fields such as sulfur, phosphorus and benzene chemical industry, and maintaining its leading edge in technology. The Technology Center will carry out technical tracking and research in the fields of coal chemical industry and C1 chemical engineering, environmental engineering, new energy, fine chemical engineering, catalyst, etc., master and own some independent technologies, and have strong engineering capability. It will pay special attention to the update, introduction, secondary development, popularization and application of advanced design software, engineering software and management software, and provide effective means and platforms for scientific and technological innovation and technology research and development.

5.Nanjing CCUS Engineering Technology Research Center
Branch Briefing: In May 2022, Nanjing CCUS Engineering Technology Research Center applied by the Company successfully passed the certification of Nanjing Engineering Technology Research Center. Nanjing Engineering Technology Research Center refers to an internal R&D institution built relying on an local enterprise in Nanjing. Its main task is to carry out technical engineering research, conduct intermediate tests and provide a complete set of technical services, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, form the maturation of industrialized technologies or complete production processes, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise products; Through open service and radiation demonstration, it can promote the technical level of the industry and improve the technological innovation ability of the enterprise. The service platform of municipal engineering center gives priority to enterprises with municipal engineering centers when applying for national, provincial and municipal science and technology projects; Give priority to supporting enterprises with municipal engineering centers to participate in joint research on major projects organized by science and technology departments.
