1）Erection & Installation

We are home to a specialized workforce for the erection and installation of structural steel, equipment (rotating and static) and pipes, in the following areas:

• Erection, installation and testing of critical equipment and packages;

• Welding of pipes of special materials of construction (high Cr and Ni alloy, titanium, Monel, HK-40, duplex, aluminum and aluminum alloy, among others), and welding, erection and testing of high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure pipes.

• Development and application of robotic welding and modular erection techniques for pipes.

2) Electrical & Instrument Installation

We specialize in electrical & instrument installation and testing services. Our strengths:

• Installation and testing for compressor package driven by turbine up to 40,000kWh;

• Installation and testing for substation up to 110kV;

• Installation and testing for state-of-the-art computer-based control systems like DCS, PLC, ESD and FCS;

• Installation and testing for large power plants;

• Installation works for lifts, electrical and instrument and generic cabling for various industrial, commercial buildings and smart buildings, residential compounds, and electrical and instrument installation works for skyscrapers below 230m.

3) Storage and Transportation

We specialize in the erection and installation of various types of storage tanks, silos and long-distance pipelines.

• Our in-house machines and tools include various types of automatic welding machines, digitally controlled cutting machines, digitally controlled plate rollers, and hydraulic lifting devices; We are experienced in the welding procedures for specialty steels like cryogenic steel, allow steel, stainless steel and high-strength steel.

• We have over a dozen patented and proprietary technologies and construction techniques.

• We are capable of executing parallel construction works for multiple large storage tank farms, spherical tank farms, cryogenic storage tanks, associated systems, and long-distance pipelines.

• We have a track record of hundreds of tank farm projects, and an accumulative long-distance pipelines of over 2,600km.

Flagship Projects
Catalytic Cracking Units

For the erection and installation works for the 3.5 MMTPA heavy oil catalytic cracking unit and the 1.8 MMTPA residue hydrogenation unit for Sinopec Jinling Company, we earned the Sinopec quality project award in 2013; For the welding of the two pieces of critical catalytic equipment, we earned the first prize of national quality welding work in 2013.

Catalytic Reforming Units

We delivered as PC contractor the 1.8 MMTPA catalytic reforming unit (II), 1.9 MMTPA aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit, and 2.4 MMTPA catalytic gasoline desulfurization unit for CNOOC Huizhou Refinery Integration Project Phase II.

Catalytic, Hydrogenation, Alkylation Units

Erection and installation works for Package #2 of the 40 MMTPA Refining Integration Project Phase I of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

Propylene Oxide Units

For the erection and installation works for the 274/600 KTPA Propylene Oxide/Styrene Monomer (POSM) plant of Ningbo ZRCC Lyondell Chemical Co., Ltd., we earned the Sinopec quality project award in 2010, the golden prize of national quality project award in 2011-2012, and the first prize of the national quality welding work in 2011.

For the erection, installation and civil works for the 240/742 KTPA PO/MTBE plant of Nanjing Jinling Huntsman New Material Co., Ltd., we earned the Sinopec quality project award in 2017.

Ethylene Oxide / Ethylene Glycol (EO/EG) Units

For the erection and installation works for the 150/280 KTPA EO/EG plant of Sinopec-SK (Wuhan) Petrochemical Company Limited, we earned the Sinopec quality project award in 2014, and the golden prize of national quality project award in 2016-2017.

PP Units

We delivered as PC the 800 KTPA ethylene unit with 400 KTPA PP unit for Sinopec Wuhan Company. We earned the Sinopec quality project award in 2014, and the golden prize of national quality project award in 2016-2017.

Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) Units

Erection and installation works for the 2.2 MMTPA PTA-1 unit and associated facilities for Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) Co., Ltd.

Storage & Transportation

24x100,000m3 tank farm for the national oil reserve base in Zhenhai.
