Sulfur Recovery

We have delivered more than 20 sulfur recovery units (SRUs) by engineering or EPC; We offer our proprietary GD50 technology (SO2 emission≯50mg/Nm3, GD10 technology (SO2 emission≯10mg/Nm3), and ammonia-process sulfur recovery technology.

2x100 KTPA SRU (2006), 120 KTPA SRU (2016), Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Company Limited

We delivered the 2x100 KTPA SRUs as EPC in 2006. In 2016, in order to satisfy the latest national emission standard, we carried out the revamp for these units by adding the caustic wash system downstream of the tailgas burner. On top of that, we delivered a 120 KTPA SRU as EPC, based on SuperClaus + tailgas + caustic absorption.

Waste Water Treatment and Solid Waste Treatment

We offer technologies and engineering services for waste water treatment works for chemical and petrochemical plants. We have amassed vast experiences in the membrane separation technology for petrochemical effluents. For waste water treatment, we offer integrated waste water treatment solution, and technologies for oxidation of organic waste water, moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR), aeration, and biofilm. For sludge treatment, we have applied our sludge treatment technology for projects of Yanan Energy and Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Sinopec Nanjing Chemical Industrial Corporation and Sinopec Cangzhou Refining and Chemical Co. Ltd.

Waste water treatment facility, Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd.

The waste water treatment facility is designed to treat waste water from coal chemical gas and light oil processing. The design capacity is 36,000t/d, including production waste water of 16,800t/d, and clean waste water of 19,200t/d. The treated water quality is higher than what is specified in GB31571-2015 "Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum chemistry industry". Sludge and odorous gas generated in the waste water treatment are also effectively treated.

Waste water treatment facility for the 0.8 MMTPA ethylene project, Sinopec Wuhan Company 

The facility has a design capacity of 500m3/h. The treated water quality is higher than Grace I in accordance with GB8978-1996 "Integrated wastewater discharge standard". According to test data in May 2014, CODcr, NH3-N and oil in the discharged water are 24.45mg/l, 0.37mg/l, 0.36mg/l, respectively. The average pH is 7.7.

DeSOx / DeNOx

For DeSOx, we are a pioneer in the flue gas desulfurization engineering sector in China, with a track record of over 20 Engineering or EPC projects. We offer proprietary PDP and multiple patented technologies for ammonia-process and calcium-process flue gas desulfurization. For DeNOx, we offer proprietary PDP and multiple patented technologies. We have experiences with SCR, LNB and other DeNOx technologies. We have developed the SCR-based PDP which was used in multiple E and EPC DeNOx projects for coal-fired boilers and industrial converters.

Boiler flue gas DeSOx, DeOx and dust treatment units, Sinopec Baling Company

Multiple sprinkling (concentration, absorption, washing) is employed to effectively absorb SO2 in the flue gas to satisfy the ultra-low emission standard. Particles carried to the mist elimination section are effectively reduced, the particle-containing mist droplet size is increased. The flue gas will pass through the flue gas distributor at the inlet of the mist eliminator and then enter the mist eliminator for mist elimination before emission.

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)

We offer customized VOCs treatment solutions based on absorption, condensation, adsorption, bio-process, incineration, photo catalysis, among others. We have a track record of over 20 E and EPC projects for VOCs treatment.

Odorous gas treatment facility for waste water treatment plant, Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Company Limited 

We delivered three units: 2x30,000Nm3/h, 1x2,000Nm3/h, employing the combination of bio-odor treatment + activated carbon adsorption.

Alternative Energy 

We are an active player in the polysilicon engineering sector. More than a dozen polysilicon projects were designed based on licensed technology. We offer hydrogen purification (carbon adsorption) technology.

Polysilicon project, Asia Silicon (Qinghai) Co., Ltd. 

We designed the 2x110 KTPA hydrochlorination & purification units (2013-2014), and the 6 KTPA reduction unit with associated systems. Design capacity: 6 KTPA polysilicon, TCS overall conversion ~27%, product quality: electronic grade.

Sulfurous offgas to sulfuric acid (wet process, dry process)

We offer a suite of technologies for converting sulfurous offgas to sulfuric acid (wet process, dry process) while treating H2S- or CS2-containing offgas to address pollution issue caused by H2S-containing offgas, and produce sulfuric acid and steam. State-of-the-art complete H2S combustion and two-stage conversion are employed to achieve an overall sulfur recovery rate of more than 99.9%, SO2 emission of less 200mg/Nm3, acid mist of ~5ppm.
