EPC is our core strategic business. We offer integrated services for the entire lifetime of a project, including consulting ,technology, engineering, procurement, construction and startup services leveraging our synergy in engineering and construction capabilities. We are one of a few engineering companies in China with Class A engineering qualification and Class I construction qualification. Our EPC services cover the coal chemical, natural gas chemical, environmental protection, alternative energy, inorganic chemicals (including sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, phosphate and catalyst), utilities and offsites, benzene derivatives and fine chemicals. State-of-the-art management tools and procedures are employed by our project management personnel to ensure our projects are executed within schedule, under budget, with good quality, and in a safe manner. Risk monitoring and mitigation mechanism is put in place to minimize risks along the way.

Our track record of major EPC projects in China and globally in recent years include Fujian Refining and Ethylene Project (quality project award by Sinopec), 800 KTPA ethylene project of Sinopec Wuhan Company (golden prize of national quality project award), oil quality upgrade and revamp project of Sinopec Jiujiang Company (national quality project award), coal-gas-oil resources integration complex of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd. (chemical industry quality project award), and the 1.7 MMTPA coal-based methanol-to-olefins (MTO) project of Zhong An United Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. These are the stepping stones for us to undertake even larger and more complexed EPC projects in the future.
