Utilities and offsites (U&O) are an essential part of mega refining, petrochemical and chemical complexes. We are home to an elite team of U&O engineers who are keen to provide safe, reliable, cost-effective and customized designs. We have a robust track record of E and EPC projects for ASUs, air compressor stations, cooling water stations, oil products, chemical products and coal storage and handling facilities.
Air Separation Unit (ASU)
We have delivered more than 20 ASUs as E or EPC. The biggest oxygen production capacity is 6x100,000Nm3/h. Our years-long partnership in this area includes Air Products, Linde and Hangyang.
Flagship projects: 2x90,000 Nm3/h ASU for Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company; 3x70,000 Nm3/h ASU for the 1.7 MMTPA coal-based methanol-to-olefins (MTO) project, Zhong An United Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.; 6x100,000 Nm3/h ASU for the Jazan project of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. 
Oil Products, Chemical Products Storage and Handling
We have delivered state-of-the-art storage and handling solutions for dozens of refineries, petrochemical plants, and up to a hundred tank farms and depots leveraging over 60 years of storage and handling expertise, in line with the latest environmental, safety and energy-efficiency design philosophy.
Flagship projects: Tankage (combined volume 450,000m3) for 1 MMTPA ethylene unit and downstream units and the terminal, Gulei Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd.; tank farm for 0.8 MMTA ethylene unit, Sinopec Wuhan Company (National Quality Project Golden Award) .
Bulk Materials Handling
We are home to the National Center Station for Chemical Bulk Materials Design and Technology, and Sinopec Center Station for Bulk Materials Design and Technology, which provide the industrial technology platform for bulk materials transportation in our project execution.
Flagship projects: 100m round coal bunker and associated systems, Sinopec Nanjing Chemical Industrial Corporation; 2x90m round coal bunkers and associated systems, Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co., Ltd.
