We have put in place internationally accepted HSSE, QA/QC systems and project management procedures, which enabled our efficient and quality execution of a number of large and mega projects including the polyolefins project (PP,PE,PHU Unit) for Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), the EO/EG project for Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company, and various integrated projects for Sinopec Wuhan Company, Fujian Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Zhong'an United Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., and Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Company Limited, respectively.

800 KTPA ethylene cracker and downstream units, Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Company Limited

Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Company Limited is a JV between Taiwan and Chinese mainland. Fujian Zhangzhou Gulei Refining and Chemical Integration Project consists of an 800 KTPA ethylene cracker with 9 downstream chemical units and associated offsites and utilities. We delivered as E, EPC or C contractor the tank farm, ASU, air compressor station, water purification plant, feed water boost pump station, administrative area, interconnecting piperack, central lab, EO/EG unit and steam cracker.  

1.7 MMTPA coal-based methanol-to-olefins (MTO) project, Zhong'an United Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.

Zhong'an United Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Sinopec and Anhui's Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group. We delivered as E or EPC contractor the purification unit, methanol synthesis unit, SRU, cooling water plant, ASU, air compressor station, tank farm, water treatment plant. The syngas unit has a capacity of 505,563 Nm3/h (as CO+H2), and the methanol unit a capacity of 1.8 MMTPA (as 100% methanol).

800 KTPA ethylene complex, Sinopec Wuhan Company

The 800 KTPA ethylene complex is the first large ethylene complex in central China approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. It is a key project in the 11th Five-year Plan. The project is mainly based on Chinese technologies. The project will help boost the development of central China.

We delivered 10 projects as EPC, PC or EC contractor, and 5 projects as C contractor. These include the PP unit, tank farm, waste water treatment plant, cooling water plant, flare, EO/EG unit, ethylene unit. We earned the golden prize of the national quality project award, the golden prize for exploration and design of national quality project award, the quality project award by Sinopec, and the second prize for exploration and design of quality project award by Sinopec.

3 KTPA SMTO catalyst plant, Sinopec Nanjing Catalyst Co., Ltd.

The SMTO catalyst plant is based on Sinopec technology and tailors to the vision for sustainable energy mix of China. We delivered the project as EPC contractor in one year's time leveraging our integrated engineering, procurement, construction and project management capabilities.
