On June 24, concrete pouring was completed for the foundation of RB211’s pumping units at Pumping Station 7 (PS7) of the Upgrade Crude Oil Delivery System East-west Pipeline (EWPL) project in Saudi Arabia. This achievement lays the groundwork for subsequent equipment installation to enable smooth progress of the project.

Since the commencement of the works on May 22, the project team pooled all required resources and construction started in earnest on May 25. Time is of the essence. Seven days and seven nights later, the team managed to complete the breaking and excavation of mass rock strata by May 31, followed by a 30-day, 24-hour, two-shift full-swing operation to recover and catch up the schedule.
