Amiral Project’s E&I Team Strive for Quality Excellence Through Construction Standardization

The Amiral Project’s Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) team in Saudi Arabia are making remarkable strides in construction standardization. The team’s offsite office and workshop are arranged in demarcated areas, respectively. Steps are taken to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), maximize shop fabrication, and minimize simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).

The team’s standardization campaign efforts include deploying prefabricated buildings for office and rest functions, implementation of a grid-based HSE management mechanism, and the roll-out of a production-line fabrication approach in designated workflow areas. Embracing a multinational workforce, the team are fostering an inclusive international construction crew culture to foster skilling and nurture growth across the team. These are achieved through daily toolbox talk (TBT), mentoring, on-the-job training for equipment and tools, and periodic skill assessments.

An excellent project speaks for itself. The team’s standardization drive demonstrates our commitment to delivering quality excellence to our client through continual improvement and a learning and growing workforce.
