On January 16, TotalEnergies’s Deputy Execution Director Oliver visited AMIRAL project team. SNEI’s project manager Shen Chao briefed Oliver on the progress of the project. Client’s project manager Hassan and deputy manager Rafael attended the meeting.

The briefing covers milestones achieved, progress of engineering and procurement, and schedule recovery plan by engineering disciplines and Material Requisition (MR) documentation. Discussions were held on progress issues including design data inputs, coordination with SATORP, and request for change on tie-in with SATORP Area 8.

Oliver commended the team spirit in taking collective actions to achieve progress on the project despite the challenges, which will enable approval and release of project milestone payments.
