On July 10th, with an instruction from the lifting operators, the installation of the above ground pipeline associated with the BI-902 high level pumping station of the Saudi EP2 project officially started, creating favorable conditions for the subsequent installation of pumps and platforms. The main work of the project has also been transferred from underground pipeline to the above-ground pumping station.

The distribution of pipe rack and pipelines around the pumping station is complicated, and it is close to the diversion channel, with a narrow working surface. In order to gain the initiative in subsequent construction operations, the project team proposed detailed site improvement measures to the plant based on the on-site construction environment, planned in advance, and prepared machinery and tools.

After the installation of passage was completed, the site was cleaned in time, and the location of crane station was determined, the Owner finally agreed to arrange and install the pipelines connected to the pump in advance, which bought valuable time for the smooth progress of subsequent construction operations.

The project is located in the Ras Tanura Refinery of Saudi Aramco. It plans to replace and upgrade the fire protection system of 30 plants in accordance with the new standard of Saudi Aramco. As of now, the overall progress of the project exceeds 97%, and the safety, quality and progress are all under control, which has won the praise of the Owners.
