On the afternoon of September 4th, the first steel structure of Saudi Aramco MARJAN-6 Increment Program - Onshore Oil Facilities (MIP project for short) was officially installed in place, marking the beginning of steel structure site construction.

The steel structure quantity of MIP project is more than 3600 tons, divided into two parts, inside and outside the plant area, with a total length of about 2 kilometers. The project team introduced a "Two-step Strategy" to vigorously promote project construction. On the one hand, arrange manpower to roughen the steel structure foundation and transport the steel structure to site for preassembly, significantly improving the construction efficiency of on-site steel structure installation. On the other hand, speed up the recruitment of material inspectors and the progress of material inspection, and communicate with the EPC contractor proactively to shorten the approval time of each part as much as possible, contributing to satisfactory conditions for on-site steel structure hoisting on September 4th.

The official installation of the first steel structure marks that the steel structure construction of Saudi MIP project has shifted from preliminary preparation stage to "fast-forward" stage.
