Recently，the first diesel tank G901 in Zhenhai Initial Station Migration Project of SNEI Storage and Transportation Branch embarked on oil intake, marking a high standard provisional turnover and commission of the project.

During the 5 years of Zhenhai Initial Station Migration Project, multiple change orders of the contract were issued and construction scope of work was increased. SNEI went through safety risk management of several tanks, overhaul, and Butene spherical tank installation by client’s Storage and Transportation Department. Overcoming difficulties of change orders from client and supervisor, as well as extended project period, the project finally completed oil intake target successfully, qualified at the first time.

The project has accumulated vast experience of tank maintenance and brownfield revamp during the construction process. A number of efficient toolings were established, such as Wall Cutting Device for Tank Maintenance, and A Magic Tool for Piping Demolition on Pipe Rack. Opening reports of Automatic Welding Technology for Tank Top-down Erection and Partition Plate Replacement Technology for Large Scale Tank Overhaul were compiled.

Firmly sticking to original aspiration and mission, the project management team has interpreted the Spirit of Storage and Transportation and presented the demeanor of Storage Tank Army with their concrete action.
