On  January 9, high-standard intermediate handover was achieved by SNEI for the  APS/VPS unit and Aromatics Unit of Ningbo Zhongjin  Petrochemical.

Since  commencement of construction for both units from February 2014, under the great  support by company management, the target of intermediate handover is  successfully achieved through good planning, good organization, and continued  efforts by all personnel involved in the project, and through strict project  management, including safety, quality and housekeeping.

After  the intermediate handover, the project management team will reasonably utilize  the construction resources, speed up the closure of punch list item, and assist  the workshop to finish the purging and air tightness test for the units, so as  to ensure first-time-right commissioning of the  plant.
