On  September 10, PMT for Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Project was given the “Civilized  Construction Site” award in the special rectification campaign for civilized  construction by Client.

The  PMT paid high attention to this special rectification campaign with proactive  communication and strict management according to the specifications and  procedures. In terms of overall planning, each road is made clean and smooth for  traffic, green fence is provided in the construction red-line area for effective  isolation from the outside. Field fabrication area, material laydown area,  container area and scaffold sample area are planned in an orderly fashion;  during the construction work, after soil excavation, backfilling and land  leveling were done strictly according to the elevations, protection for  equipment foundation was provided, foundation pit protection and scaffold  erection for work at height protection were done strictly according to the code  requirements; for management of prefabrication area, the prefabrication area and  material laydown area are planned and marked clearly, protections were provided  for various types of equipment, construction materials, finished products,  semi-finished products are stored according to the material specifications in an  orderly fashion, waste bins, trash bins and material boxes are provided with  clean marking; in terms of HSE management, each area is provided with HSE  supervisors according to the code requirements, and all-process supervision is  carried out to make sure all personal on site will wear proper PPE, and carry  out the construction activities strictly according to the HSE management  regulations; in addition, the PMT also hang banners on the green fence and  visible areas of the plant for corporate culture, safety, quality and civilized  construction, which not only express our corporate culture, but also promote the  site HSE and quality management, but also give the construction area a pleasant  appearance.
