Lifting Project Dept. of heavy equipment for the project of Sinopec Jiujiang Company responded to the owner’s requirements in an active manner, in combination of the actual construction condition on site of the coal to hydrogen plant, caught up with progress, achieved nodes and initiated lifting climax.
As of Aug. 12, two coal/coke storage hoppers (diameter of the coal hopper framework is 7m, the weight is 64 tons, and the radius in position is up to 62m) were lifted in position in segments, work by 750t crawler crane in the coal water slurry gasification unit of coal to hydrogen plant had been completed, then the 750t crawler crane would transfer to the Rectisol unit.
Foundations for the northern pipe rack of gasification framework and western pipe rack of shift converter had been excavated, which brought challenges to lifting of lower section of the adsorption tower. In combination with the actual conditions on site, via repeated simulation with CAD, technicians from Lifting Project Dept. determined to rapidly replace poles by utilizing the narrow space on site. Under the condition of shortage of lifting personnel, the leader of Lifting Project Dept. deployed the lifting personnel in a reasonable manner, so as to replace poles in a safe & successful manner.
Under the careful organization by Lifting Project Dept., coal to hydrogen plant initiated lifting climax.
