Recently,  as per the contractual requirements, SNEI’s Guangzhou Shuangqiao PMT has  completed all the works for flue gas DeNOx for the 2x35t/h boilers, and achieved  mechanical completion.

The  project is one of the four EPS environmental projects undertaken by SNEI, which  features a short schedule and simplified organization. From contract signing to  mechanical completion, the project only takes as short as 90 days, including  engineering, procurement and construction.

Since  kick-off of the project, the PMT has overcome difficulties in delayed arrival of  drawings, materials and equipment by reasonably organizing the construction  activities. So far, erection work for the boiler flue gas DeNOx unit has been  completed, and has passed 3C4D’s by Owner. Currently, the site has entered the  testing phase. After that, they will carry out pipe purging and cleanness  inspection and commissioning. By ensuring safety, the PMT will carry out the  operations strictly according to the start-up manual, so as to achieve start-up  of the project on the first try.
