On  April 3, the 90kt/a hydrogen making plant of NCIC, for which SNEI undertook the  FSR and engineering design, was officially commissioned. At 23:56 on April 7,  all process parameters have met the requirements. At 01:56 on April 8, hydrogen  supply to the PSA of NCIC was commenced, marking the first-time right start-up!  The successful start-up of the project is hailed as another solid step made by  SNEI in the coal chemical industry.
