On  March 23, the oxidation reactor, which has the biggest diameter in PTA project  of Dalian Hengli, was successfully lifted in place.  

The  reactors measures 10m in diameter and 481t in weight, which sets a new record  for the heaviest single piece of equipment in the PTA project of Dalian Hengli.  Despite such a big diameter and too many flange nozzles, assisted by lifting  commander and crane driver, the extremely difficult lift-drop maneuvers were  accomplished. Lifting of the oxidation reactor comes as another success to  tackle difficult issues by the management team for PTA project of Dalian Hengli.  Since assembly of the 1,250t crane used by the project management team on March  7, it has gone through 3 times of transitions, 1 time of operating case change,  and lifted 4 pieces of equipment, with a combined weight of 1,883.3t.
