On  Mar. 8, the units in the air compression station and air compression cooling  water station in the industrial park of Yantai Wanhua contracted by SNEI was put  into operation officially with high standard after two days of interim  handover.

This  project consists of 6 compressor units, cooling water station and 3 * 650M3  spherical tanks, and SNEI is responsible for all civil works & installation  works. Although the project  scale isn’t large, during the process of implementation, based on the adjustment  and optimization of the whole park, the owner adjusted and modified the design  drawings for many times, which increased the difficulties in project  organization management and other aspects. Project department adjusted the  strategy in a timely manner, made communication with each party, studied and  judged correct information, prepared materials in advance, utilized the features  (many project units, first and last completion time) to balance the work  strength synchronously, strengthened coordination & confirmation procedure  in the later period and performed work steadily to achieve interim handover on  schedule as per the owner’s final comprehensive network plan, so that the  production target (supply of gas to outside users) was achieved 7 days in  advance.
