            The award is evaluated according to the “Evaluation Method for Excellent  Environmental Protection Project of Jiangsu Province”, based on materials  submitted by the enterprises, and the provincial environmental industry  association organized experts to review such materials, and take on-site  inspection on the project quality and operation, and after asking the local  environmental protection agencies for comments, and after receiving no  objections for the online publicity.
