Recently, China International Contractors Association(CHINCA) issued the  “Evaluation Results for 2013 International Contractor Credit Rating and Foreign  Labor Service Cooperation Credit Rating”, SNEI is awarded “AAA International  Contractor Credit Rating on Preliminary Evaluation”, which puts SNEI at the top  rating on the first-time participation in the evaluation for international  project contractor credit rating.

           Theevaluation for international contractor credit rating and foreign labor  service cooperation credit rating has been carried out since 2008. The  evaluation results are classified into three levels (i.e., A, B and C) and nine  grades (i.e., AAA, AA, A, BBB, BB, B, CCC, CC and C). The evaluation results are  valid for three years. Among the results issued by CHINCA for 2013, totally 32  international contractors are awarded A and above credit rating on preliminary  evaluation, including 12 contractors with AAA credit rating, 13 with AA credit  rating, and 7 with A credit rating.
