On Dec. 9, a 7-person delegation led by Mrs. Hua Jing, Vice Mayor of Nanjing  municipal government, including leaders from themunicipal Development and Reform  Commission, Bureau of Commerce, and Investment Promotion Commission, visited  SNEI.

             With introduction by Mr. Xiang Wenwu, SNEI’s President and Communist Party  Committee Secretary, Vice Mayor Mrs. Hua Jing reviewed pictures of some civil  architectural and environmental protection projects designed by SNEI in recent  years, and she also took the time to watch the company video of  SNEI.

             President Xiang Wenwu gave a brief presentation about the company overview,  business model, and highlighted the environmental engineering, renewable energy  and civil architectural capabilities. During the presentation, Vice Mayor Hua  Jing queried about the company’s operations and specialized services, followed  by specific guidance and suggestions by the municipal Development and Reform  Commission, Bureau of Commerce, and Investment Promotion Commission regarding  SNEI’s overseas operations, environmental protection projects, among others. The  meeting was held in a cheerful and productive atmosphere.

             In her remark, Vice Mayor Hua Jing gave positive recognition of the  accomplishments achieved by SNEI in recent years, and expressed appreciation for  the contributions made by SNEI to the city of Nanjing. For future development of  SNEI, she also gave some suggestions, firstly, to study the demand for  environmental protection by the society under the new situation, so as to best  utilize the competitive edge in the traditional business, while making efforts  to the conversion of environmental protection technologies and R&D for new  products; secondly, to precisely position SNEI in the market based on its own  expertise, and strengthen the competitive edge in the civil architectural design  in the industrial sectors; thirdly, to further promote the growth of overseas  business, and continue to contribute to the foreign economic and trade  development of Nanjing. Vice Mayor Hua Jing pledged that the municipal  government of Nanjing will strengthen the coordination efforts, and provide help  and support to SNEI in terms of approvals, human resources, among  others.
