Mr. Xiang Wenwu, SNEI’s GM & secretary of the party committee, fully affirmed the significance of the construction subcontracting management seminar convened, and expressed thanks for their care and support paid by brother enterprises to SNEI. He said that subcontracting management had become the most important management of SNEI. The management should be dynamic. With changes of the situation in the industry, markets at home and abroad and global economy, new requirements and thoughts were brought to such management, so we must make research in a normalized and dynamic manner. Everyone was expected to make full communication via use of such opportunities. SNEI paid high attention to the cooperation with the subcontractors, and our cooperation still had wide foreground. In recent years, large changes occur to the economic situations at home and abroad. However, in general, SNEI is in a state of rapid development. In the second half of 2013, SNEI carried out three battles, i.e., tough fight on the market, tough fight for implementing projects in a stable manner and defense of benefits. SNEI has confidence in completing these tasks assumed this year via efforts, so everyone is expected to cooperate and develop with SNEI in a firmer manner and move towards a favorable direction.
