The  interim handover for 100kt/a butadiene rubber unit project of YPC-GPRO (Nanjing)  Rubber Co., Ltd. undertaken by SNEI was successfully performed on Mar. 28, 2013.  The signing ceremony of the interim was simple and grave.

The  project department overcame such unfavorable factors as late delivery of  drawings, uncertain delivery time of equipment, and many changes, which are  commonly seen in the “three  simultaneousness”  (i.e., the survey, design and construction are carried out simultaneously)  project. The project department adjusted progress plan, human resources plan,  use plan of machines and tools from time to time, so the deadline of interim  handover was guaranteed.
