In  the afternoon of Feb. 9, organized by the Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia, some  employees of our company in Saudi Arabia, on behalf of all employees of Sinopec  in Saudi Arabia, extended New Year greetings to the motherland and people via  the Arrival of Happiness, Blessing and Good Luck  – Countdown of Spring Festival Gala in 2013 on  CCTV-3.

When  the Chinese Traditional New Year was forthcoming, Mr. Li Chengwen, the Chinese  ambassador in Saudi Arabia, and his delegate visited the APS/VPS project site of  the Red Sea Refinery in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia and expressed their regards to  workers and staff. Ambassador Li spoke highly of efficient & stable  execution of the project and outstanding performance of the employees working on  the project, and personally arranged the reporter of CCTV in Saudi Arabia to  visit ZAMIL-8# campsite of SNEI Saudi Arabia Branch Company in Yanbu, and shot a  short film on New Year greetings by the overseas  employees.

In  the short film, the Chinese management team of the Red Sea Refinery in Yanbu and  employee representatives of SNEI’s APS/VPS project in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia were  lined up in order, worn SNEI’s work clothes uniformly, shouted the slogan “Cheer  for beautiful China, and wish all Chinese people happy”, fully expressed the  overseas employees’ sincere love and heartfelt blessing to the motherland, swore  to write glory of the overseas career with practical action, and devoted  themselves to demonstrate the responsibilities of the current petrochemical  personnel.
