At  the 15^th People’s Congress of Nanjing, Mr. Xiang Wenwu, the executive  director, GM and secretary of the party committee of the Company was elected as  the delegate of the 12^th National People’s Congress of Jiangsu  Province, and this is the second time for him to be elected as a delegate after  being elected as the delegate of the 11^th Provincial National  People’s Congress.
