The  letter reads as follows: on an occasion of fully interim handover of 800 kt/a  ethylene unit for Wuhan ethylene project of Sinopec Wuhan Company, SEI, as the  EPC contractor, expressed its most sincere gratitude and highest respect to all  the construction personnel of SNEI who paid painstaking effort and sweat and  have been working hard in the first line for a long time!

During  the process of construction, SNEI’s  team had rigorous work style and excellent technology, cooperated with each  other in a proper way, strictly implemented all rules and regulations of the EPC  contractor, worked hard day and night and devoted massive painstaking effort,  which showed commendable awareness of overall situation, sense of responsibility  and dedication spirit. With the effort of all construction parties, 800 kt/a  ethylene unit was completed on schedule as specified in the Contract, and the  interim handover was achieved in a successful manner.

It  is expected that SNEI will make persistent efforts, develop jointly with SEI in  a successive manner, and do a good job in cooperation in the stage of startup to  make new contributions to achievement of successful startup of Wuhan ethylene  project!
