For  the last few days, SNEI thoroughly organized all staff at home and abroad to  further study, publicize and carry out the spirit of the 18^th  CPC National Congress through  Party and Government Joint Special Meeting, Central Group Learning (Extended)  Meeting, Panel Discussion, Publicity Window and so on.
