From Nov. 26 to Nov. 30, 2010, Mr. Xiang Wenwu, the executive director of our company, the general manager and secretary of the corporate CPC Committee, and Mr. Wu Jibo, the deputy general manager of our company, led a delegation of superintendents from departments, such as process, design, procurement and project management, and visited IPIT, MACCHI, Italy and TGE, German.
      Top management of both sides attached great importance to the visit in TPIP. Marco Villa, the president of TPIP, Massimo De Camillis, the senior vice president in charge of project management, Erasmo Valente, the senior vice president in charge of project execution, Alfonso Di Mario, the general project director, and Aldo Alessandro Bertozzi, the construction department manager, attended the interview and the discussion. After the presentation of both companies, both sides exchanged their information on the potential cooperation opportunities in the Middle East, Central Asia and South America, and expressed keen expectation for long-term cooperation. During the discussion, they had further communications on the issues of great concern such as the company organization structure, establishment of project team, EPC project execution, the area and approaches of future cooperation. Both sides have acquired a better understanding through the discussion and reached a consensus on the importance of building a long-term strategic cooperative partnership, and the contacts of two sides and the channels of regular exchange have been decided during the interview.
      At MACCHI, Emilio Eelzi, the CEO of MACCHI and Pietro Bardelli, the Construction Department Manager attended the interview and discussion. After the presentation of both companies, they had further communications on the issues of great concern such as the company organization structure, the areas and methods for future cooperation. Through the communication, the two companies reinforced mutual understanding. Afterwards, they visited MACCHI boiler manufacturing workshop and final assembly workshop, and had a better understanding about the boiler manufacturing capacity of MACCHI.
      At TGE, the senior management of TGE attached much importance to their visit. Mr. Werner Schlott, the CEO of TGE, Mr. JochenKaspar, the Marketing Director, Mr. Albert Meffert, the Senior Project Manager, attended the interview and communication meeting. After the presentation made by both companies, further communications on the issues of great concern, such as the corporate organization chart, set-up and operation of project, management structure, project execution, the areas and methods for future cooperation. Through the communication, the two companies reinforced mutual understanding, reached a consensus on the importance of building long-term strategic partnership and highlighted the importance of the project in Kuwait both sides are bidding for, both sides shall demonstrate their strength to ensure the award of the bid and make it a turning point to explore more cooperation opportunities, like project construction of LPG/LNG storage tanks so as to combine advantages of both companies.
