Recently, the training on overseas public security management sponsored by SNEI
came to a successful closure. The relevant overseas public security knowledge
was delivered to 90 trainees by the senior experts, which were invited by the
Overseas Public Security Management Department of Group Corporation, Beijing
Zhongrui Business Management Company, International Committee of Red Cross and
International SOS.
During the training, Ms. Xie Huajuan, the Neurology
and Clinical Nurse specialist from International Committee of Red Cross,
demonstrated to the trainees the on-the-spot first aid to trauma. And Mr. Zhou
Yong, the previous Medical Director of International SOS Global Medical Service
(China), gave a lecture on project medical care and management of health risk,
while responsible person from SNEI overseas business division explained the
regulations on overseas public security management and how to take precautions
against mass disturbances may occur at sites of overseas
projects.
Reflections from the trainees show that, the case study has
helped them gain better knowledge on one hand, and learn how to deal with
overseas public security incidents on the other hand. And they benefited a
lot.
