On June 20, the graduation ceremony for SNEI – Nanjing Tech Co-op Program 2025 cohort was held at Nanjing Tech University. Among 14 graduates, 8 are given offers by SNEI as a result of interview and rigorous selection process.

During the ceremony, the list of scholarship recipients was announced. Offers were presented by SNEI representative to interested and accepted graduates. MD HASIBUL HASAN SHANTO spoke on behalf of the Class of 2025 expressing gratitude for the bespoke education by Nanjing Tech and the offer by SNEI, anticipating to join SNEI’s multinational workforce soon.

In collaboration with the University, SNEI has been nurturing a pipeline of international talents encompassing Chinese language, professional knowledge and cultural competence. Such skillsets have been demonstrated at overseas jobsites by all 6 graduates from the 2024 cohort of the Program, involving 13 students in total. The 2024 and 2025 cohorts of the Program serve as a success story of SNEI’s approach to fostering inter-cultural competence among international talents, as more international and local talents join a diversified and inclusive multinational workforce built by SNEI to adapt to the local cultures as we deliver values to our customers and the local community where we operate.
