1 Million Man-hours LTI-free at SNEMEMC

On July 25, Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Middle East Manufacturing Company (SNEMEMC) reached 1 million man-hours without a lost time injury (LTI), underscoring SNEMEMC’s commitment to sound HSE protocol, hazard mitigation, job-specific control, and a robust safety culture, setting the tone for the continued operation of the shop safely.

Since the inauguration of the shop, SNEMEMC has adhered to the principle of "Safety First, Prevention-focused, and Total Control." SNEMEMC has put in place a robust HSE management system and a comprehensive safety framework encompassing responsibility implementation, risk control, training and upskilling, hazard mitigation, emergency response, occupational health, and safety culture. These efforts have steadily elevated the level of inherent safety management and ensured a consistently stable safety performance.

Going forward, SNEMEMC will build on its HSE management system to enhance the standardization and precision of safety management, and achieve higher safety standards in all manufacturing activities, delivering excellence in the projects to be built in Saudi Arabia.
